My name is Danette Carroll. I graduated from Stroud High School. I received my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Central Oklahoma.

This is my 13^th year of teaching first grade at Wellston Elementary.

I have been happily married for 38 years. We live near Chandler and we have one son Ryan Carroll. My husband Robert Carroll has been the Vo-Ag teacher at Davenport for 29 and one half years(Startinig his 37th year of teaching). We enjoy going to the lake.

I am also a Breast Cancer Survivor twice going on 13 years. I feel very blessed to be able to be doing something that I truely love.
